Daily Commitment

MY DAILY COMMITMENT TO THE LORD I WILL SEEK TO GROW IN MY LOVE TO LOVE GOD WITH ALL MY HEART, SOUL, MIND, AND STRENGTH.
Mark 12:29-31 Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is one. And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart; with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

I WILL SEEK TO ABOUND IN MY LOVE TO OTHERS AS THE LORD JESUS HAS LOVED (AND IS LOVING) ME.
John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

I WILL PRAY FOR THE FILLING (CONTROL AND EMPOWERMENT) OF THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR EACH DAY AND MOMENT.
Ephesians 5:18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit.

I WILL GIVE THE LORD JESUS CHRIST THE PREEMINENCE IN ALL THINGS.
Colossians 1:18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

I WILL ABIDE IN, MEDITATE IN, DELIGHT IN, AND SEEK TO OBSERVE AND LIVE EVERY WORD THAT PROCEED OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.

I WILL SEEK TO FULFILL THE MANDATES OF THE GREAT COMMISSION.
Matthew 28:19-20 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

I WILL SEEK TO PULL DOWN STRONGHOLDS.
2 Corinthians 10:4-5 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

I WILL PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD.
Ephesians 6:14-18 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.

I WILL SEEK TO BE HOLY IN EVERY AREA OF MY LIFE.
1 Peter 1:15-16 But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

I WILL DAILY EXAMINE MYSELF AND ASK GOD TO SEARCH ME WHILE I SEER TO MAINTAIN A CONTRITE SPIRIT AND YET REJOICING IN MY SALVATION.
